Return/Exchange policy:


Returns and exchanges are permitted.


Returns: we offer 100% refund, but cannot offer credit at this time.


Exchanges: exchanges are permitted, though it is no guaranteed that we will have the new requested size/style in stock.


Shipping: All exchange shipping is processed through USPS. The customer is responsible for setting up a USPS pickup or dropping the exchange off at your local post office.


Pickups with USPS are free, and can be scheduled here.


Shipping Payment:


Exchanges – all exchanges require customer payment, and the customer is obligated to provide the above information to process payment.


Returns – A prepaid return label will be sent to you by our merchandise manager. Customer is responsible for packaging and shipping (see above for USPS pickup details).
